Biography
Devyn Hoskisson is the Outreach and Library Services Librarian for FIU Law Library. She handles the Law Library’s social media, displays and newsletters. In addition to handling the library’s outreach efforts, she assists with legal research instruction, plans for student events and provides research assistance to students and faculty.
Devyn is a graduate of the University of Florida Law School and member of the Florida Bar. After graduation Devyn worked as a civil litigator in Southwest Florida, primarily in insurance defense firms. She has a professional interest in probate law and premises liability from her time practicing. Prior to joining the FIU College of Law, Devyn worked for Thomson Reuters, assisting in building and creating new AI products for the legal database Westlaw.
